TLDR - What is coming in 7.1.1 is an item on the Cartel Market that grants access to the CE vendor on the fleet (from the original Collector's Edition) and a wristband to access the VIP section of the fleet.

I think Jackie's post about 7.1.1 does a great job of explaining exactly what you get but I know we there is some nuance around what the Collector's Edition offered and what is coming now. So here is a (hopefully) clear list of what is and isn't coming in this offer:

• Access to the Collector's Edition Vendor in the VIP section of the fleet - INCLUDED
  • VIP wristband to access this section of the fleet - INCLUDED
• Digital Upgrade Pack items - NOT INCLUDED
• Mouse Droid minipet from CE - NOT INCLUDED
• Items from LotS Digital CE - NOT INCLUDED

Hopefully that clears up exactly what the Cartel Market item will include.
