Now it's trying to download a 17.73 mb patch of some kind but it's freezing at the same point every time. @Bale Hi again, just to reiterate, the team looking into the launcher is asking for the file that is typically located here -  C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic Launcher 

They can hold onto the DxDiag report you sent, but they are requesting the specific file above. Thanks!

The team overseeing the launcher issue is still looking into this, but know that this is a top priority for them. When we have more info, I'll post an update here. So keep an eye on that thread or the dev tracker.
