You know what, I'm just going to say it.

Rageblade should be unique.

Or it should have a cap. If titans can't stack infinitely and gargoyles can't have multiple copies on the same champs then rageblade should either have a cap or you can only put one on. I feel like it would stop a lot of champions from being so outrageous.
