[2022] My friend and I play Temtem together. it crashed. can't play for days now. please help.

My friend and I play Temtem together. We are 95 hours in together. Almost done with story mode. The game crashed in a battle at the Highabove.

I crashed first. My friend was going to finish the battle, and wait for the timer, his Tem died and he had to switch. His screen went white and crashed.

For days now, I think 5. We haven't been able to play.

We load Temtem and it says reconnect to server, has us in the same battle, the music goes, I can see friend login notifications but the whole screen is just black.

We tried waiting. Reseting the Nintendo cache. Software update. Nintendo system reboot. We deleted and reinstalled the software. Nothing is working.

I reached out to their offical twitter and haven't had any replies.

What else can I do? The game just won't play.
