Hello there! This one's for all our Discord players, so players from other platforms can safely disregard this post!

Please note this migration process must be carried out before version 1.0 launches, so please don't postpone it!

Like we explained in the past, we're going to be providing a free, fresh and new Temtem Steam key to all users who purchased Temtem through Discord in light of their decision to remove the store and ability to sell games through their platform. Now that cross-progression is a thing, we're ensuring the progress in Discord accounts is kept safe and sound.

No, it's not possible to get a refund for a well-played account, and PS5 isn't a platform equal to Discord. Discord and Steam are the most similar ones, sorry.

hi! You must first go to Cross-progression settings in your Discord account. You'll designate it as your primary account, and then you'll be given a code to input into your Steam account (the one you have progress on). The secondary account will have to be reset before you can set it as a secondary, though! The process is well-explained in game, and you can read more on cross-pro here

You'll need a different Steam account to redeem the new key and migrate your progress to, yes. We know it's not ideal, but it's also the only platform that's mostly equal to Discord, sorry!

Hi! No, unfortunately, games that run on Steam require Steam to be open. It's not a change we can make, sorry!
