We've added a fix on top of the fix, and login problems should be resolved in the next 20 minutes or so. Thanks for being patient! We've also fixed the issue causing the ghost mutes that some players have been getting. Sorry for the inconveniences!

Sorry for the Global chat downtime, we've restarted the chat server and everything should be working back now. We will be on the lookout and see if the error persists.

Unsurprisingly, people are already abusing in order to win matches they wouldn't be able to win without exploiting a bug. We're investigating the issue and will push a patch as soon as possible. In the meantime we recommend not playing ranked.

PSA: Currently there's a known bug while playing in Ranked PVP and using the technique Willpower Drain (Kauren/Granpah). If you're playing a Ranked match and your opponent uses the technique, you will be softlocked and will miss a turn.

After talking about the issue with our competitive community on Discord, we've also decided to disable the pansuns rewards for ranked battles until the problem is fixed.
