[2021] in-tournaments Crashes resulting in loss. (Yes, again)

Hi,

I can't remember how many times I made a complain about the crashes on the game on ps5, but they also happen on pc. At least 3 posts with videos at the forum, and here too.

The first championship on Saturday, I lost a won game, because my game crashed, again. The game auto-identify you as afk, and rest, without using the reserve time. So, I could not get back in time, missed the turns, lost my full life temtem.

When are you guys going to fix this? I am pretty sure this is urgent, and does not happen only with me. I posted a huge article at the forum with videos, arguments, everything. I know the game is on early access and is supposed to have bugs, but this cannot happen at all, lose matches to crash is worst then lose a pokémon match to accuracy.

If you can't fix the bug right now, can you please disable the auto rest as afk and let the time run out until the reserve time? So at least we have time to TRY to get back to the game.

Hi! Could you link the post or posts you've made on the forums?
We haven't gotten reports like this one from other people so far, though, so if you know of others who get this same problem please tell them to report on the forums too!

Why would someone put "duplicated", at a pretty urgent report like this? Since it's pretty common. Now you've said Crema hasn't got reports like this, I just don't know what's going on, I am posting crashes since 0.7.2.

These above are examples that I could record. It happens out of nowhere, and sometimes inside matches, casual, rankeds or championships. Unfortunately, I don't have any match crashes recorded, because I always try to get back as fast as I can to continue the match. The ps5 don't let us save the crash video, we can only watch at the time it happens and i record with my phone. I always click on send the report attaching the videoclip. I don't know how this works, but it seems it doesn't work at all.

PS: It's the only game that crashes, all my other games are perfectly fine.

Thanks for the attention Tsukki, finally someone give some attention. Please fix this, pretty please.

Quoting the post I recommended you to read, this is why we set the Duplicated tag on some bugs:
"[Duplicated] (If your bug is labelled as "duplicated" it means that we already have a report of the issue you have found, although it doesn't mean we won't look at it, sometimes "duplicated" bugs give us the needed info to find a pattern to reproduce a bug, so don't worry if you have a "duplicated" label in your bug, every report is looked at and we appreciate it.)"

Please do keep in mind that even if they seem the same to you, the crashes other people get might not be the same issue you're experiencing, so it's best to let everyone report their own issues.
I'll forward this to the QA team, but we won't be pushing out new bugfixing patches until the next update (that will hopefully come out before the year ends), so it will most likely have to wait until that. I'm sorry if this is disappointing, but I'd like you to have all the info and know what to expect.
