[2021] Will I get banned for trading my Breedjects to my friend who just started the game?

I have heard that people have gotten automatically banned for helping new players. I have put in a lot of hours and dont want to lose my progress. But, I want to help my friend enjoy the game. Any thoughts or affirmation would be appreciated.
