[2020] Problem with changing the "read-only" Attribute

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this , but i figured I'd give it a try. As you saw in the error message, there are 3 suggestions. I did the 1st and the 3rd but they didn't help much. I tried turning of "read-only" on the stated folder "Terraria" and then the whole "My Games' but it keeps reverting. After some research I changed the permission on both files and the ownership as well. It kept reverting. Tried running it in safe-mode, reinstalling the game, verifying the integrity of game files,running as administrator,using cmd and the command attrib-r +s, still no result. Maybe some of you have had this problem and could perhaps help?
