Before I list my potential changes I want to say that I have been playing this game for a long time; it is by far my favoirte game and this is in no way insulting it. The game is as close as possible to being perfect, and mods really help it attain its perfect status. That being said I think a few things definetley could be changed:
Either eliminate or reduce the speed that the world evil can spread in the jungle
Reduce the damage that enemies in the underground desert deal by a small percentage (~5%)
Remove or reduce the damage that the hardmode enemies in surface mushroom biomes (this only applies to pre-hardmode)
This is for newer players: add a mention of the terraria wiki in the guides tips and add a tip that includes how to make a house (I know his tips are sufficent for bosses and that the wiki is linked in the settings but I still think it could be made more obvious for newer players)
Make master mode enemies have slightly higher drop rates and increase the amount of coins they drop
This is for mobile: fix the glitch where cattails decide not to grow higher than two blocks (I know this is small but it messes with the look of the game and it makes comleting the bestiary irrating)
to make the pillars more iteresting add rare item drops from the enemies (like a improved wasp gun varriation with the alien queen's tail, a nebula brain accesory that reduces enemy projectile speed, a stardust cell light pet, a crawltepiede summon, etc.)
