You are incorrect. That text has always been there. The BY part of the creative commons or CC license used also on the fandom wiki states that others can copy, display and remix the work if the original work is credited. So that's just legal jargon.

The pink snake is the wiki gg logo. It just seems to be a scaling bug happening right now.

For me it looks just normal.
