Thank you for all you do - also forgive me if I sounded rude here, I know a port over to the switch took massive amounts of work and I know it won’t be perfect, but I just wanted to warn any newcomers in case they face the same thing :)

I got my lag spike too, but fortunately it didn't persist.
Should only happen for the first encounter.
Not trying to rush you as I know it takes a lot of hard work and time, but do you have any idea of around what time the next patch will come out??
We're doing testing right now on the patch. Once we know more I'll let you know.
