@TeamYouTube The youtube account does appear to be still active, as you say but we can no longer access it. The gmail account is the one which was closed as a result, and which we are unable to access.

@TeamYouTube And again this is very odd because we have not uploaded to this account in months.

@TeamYouTube It was not deleted it was disabled. We have attempted recovery with no luck or explanation.

@TeamYouTube Our account has not been deleted YET, we would like to avoid that outcome entirely. All methods of resolution have failed to provide information or progress on recovering our account. We've contacted you to try and make headway here. Is there anything you can do to help?
