First, what I want to contact Ubi about. When I attempt to open the game via Steam or Ubisoft Connect, I will get a window saying the game is launching. Before the splash screen, however, the program appears to crash. When I attempt to use the .exe file directly, I get an error code saying that .dll files are missing. I have tried everything listed in your troubleshooting section, from verifying cache and files to a fresh install. Nothing has worked.
Secondly, when I attempt to contact Ubisoft about it, I am left unable to open a ticket, stuck in a loop of There was an error processing your request. Please try again later. Any help in either matter is appreciated.
