I was playing the division 2 just fine before I logged off at about 2 or 3 pm. When I got back on to play, the game would do the whole ubisoft connect thing then stay at a black screen. I went to the ubisoft troubleshooting page and did everything they said to do and still nothing. Yes my internet is working, if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to post this thread. Any idea ubisoft?? Any at all?

Sorry to hear you have issues with black screen when launching the game.
Between logging off and the issue, did you do a complete restart of your computer? You can check in Task Manager > Performance under "Up time".
Also did you notice any changes or unusual behavior?
