I have Galvanize on a Golan Gear, 4 piece System Corruption, and Tardigrade.
Blinder Firefly will deploy and apply Blind properly. However, this blind will not trigger Galvanize, and thus will not trigger Hackstep Protocol.
and I just went and double checked, Blinder Firefly will apply Blind, but it will not grant bonus armor even within 20 meters while wearing Galvanize, and that means it also does not trigger Hackstep Protocol.
