[2022] Low CPU and GPU Usage

Hello!

My FPS drops from stable 60 to 1 every time I go indoors and it seems it only started occurring after finishing the WoNY expansion from my game freezing and crashing during the SHD watch cutscene. I am at a loss from troubleshooting and reinstalling countless times in the past week and I do want to continue playing the game. I am not facing any similar issues on other games.

If anyone has any idea, I'd be glad to see them.

My apologies that your FPS dropping is what brings you here.

Just to confirm, it looks like you're no longer experiencing the freezing and crashing in the cutscene?

In either case, try any of the steps you haven't already in this FAQ.

If after that, you're still encountering the issue, let me know and I'll do what I can to help.
