[2021] UBISOFT, please fix persisting problems

So I bought the packaged AC Vahalla + Fenyx Rising on EPIC sale, both have the same two problems no other game has:

constantly disconnect the wireless xbox controller which makes the games unplayable unless using a tethered USB cable
there are two black bars at the top and bottom of the display, which i believe is caused by Ubisoft softwares not recognizing the native ratio (I have a Samsung Odyssey G9, with a native ratio of 32:9)

I did some research, looks like these two problem happened to quite a few people. UBISOFT forum has threads of many ppl asking about these problems, two years in nothing has been done to fix them, the UBISOFT admins just kept asking ppl to post screenshot and then appologize. Is it because the number of ppl is too small for UBIBSOFT to bother?

Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have experienced these issues while playing these games, so we can get this looked into would you be able to confirm which version of the Xbox controller you are attempting to use and also whether this is an official Microsoft controller or a 3rd party model? Also, could you confirm whether this occurs during gameplay or only during cutscenes or loading screens.?

Regarding your display issues, I understand you are advising there are similar topics for this query but if possible could you provide an image showing the issue as it appears in these games along with an image showing your graphical settings both in game and on your device?
