Please help me why is my game only a trial version? I have already buyed the ultimate version of the division 2 through the epic game store yesterday but after i installed the game is only the trial version, please help

I can only see the trial version of The Division 2 associated with the Ubisoft Account you've posted here on the forums from. If you purchased the Ultimate Edition from Epic Games, it looks as if you may have tied it to a different Ubisoft Account, and that's why when you try to play using this account you're unable to play the full game.
