After activating this manhunt and getting to the location after the first wave of enemies the target Specialist Colden appears behind a closed and unable to open door. So I cannot finish this manhunt. Anyone else got the same problem?

Yep, can confirm @echolecter is correct. I also had trouble finding where to go at first and I think I ran around the entire building before realizing I had to take the rope on the elevator back at the original room, haha. Whoops. After the fight, there should be a door to exit as well, as mentioned already.
