Dear Ubisoft Support Team,
I reported via Twitter about asking help to recover accidentally deleted my main character on 26th September 2022, then verified my account ownership on 27th september 2022, on 1st Oktober 2022 i received a message that my case was escalated to the game team, but until now my main character still not recover yet.
Can someone help me to looking my case please? I'm afraid that i should give more information about my deleted main character, and last time that i accidentally deleted one of my character, the support was very fast to recover my caharacter.
I'm asking here cause i dont want to make an update on twitter due i read that i should refrain from responding to the twitter thread as it can disrupt the escalation process.

My apologies that your support case is still ongoing, I read into your case details and the case is still open and being handled by the relevant escalation team who helps with these particular issues like lost characters in TD2.

Occasionally some cases may take a while longer to resolve when escalation is needed or we have high contact volumes. Please be assured your case is being looked into and we hope to resolve this issue for you as soon as we are able and all details and relevant information is double checked, your case remains open and will not be closed until a solution is found, thank you.
