Hi tommy, if there is something you're not interested in doing within the game, the choice is yours however, it won't be excluded entirely. To that end, there are several places where you can find like-minded players to join you in your raids. If you're on the same level and establish good communication with each other, there's nothing stopping you. Our official forums and Discord have Looking for Group channels, and the unofficial Reddit for The Division 2 is also a popular place to find other players.
