without perpetuation i get 54 382 dmg per hit. with it i get 55 058.

I can recall exactly! In the courtyard right across the street from the fuel depot, “15th st NW” Spawned in to a friendly fuel depot control point. Assisted in a hostage rescue.

That's how it was pre TU9.1 (havent been on TU9.1 yet will today for the 1st time).
Perpetuation wouldn't increase the fire tick damage but would increase the fire duration for fire sticky.
Similar with status effect stat. Except It would lower the fire damage but increase fire duration of fire sticky.
Let me know how it looks with TU9.1 and I'll gladly pass all this info along to the team if there's an issue.
Its fixed by a respawn but the Status effect not showing is another bug thats more important
The team is looking into solutions for the Status Effect icons bug - but both issues are important.
I believe you can find the Year One Pass in the in-game store, but it should also be included in the Warlords of New York Ultimate Edition of the game.
Open world (similar to DC) w/ the usual bells and whistles (parachute loot, free-roam activities, loot boxes, etc).
There are a few story missions that are re-playable in higher difficulties as well.
You also unlock 2 Coney Island missions which I highly recommend visiting during night time.
Just want to chime in here - the 2 Coney Island missions were a part of Episode 3, not part of the expansion, and thus are part of the base game.
Hey Yautja, what platform is this happening on - and is the issue present immediately on startup or does it only kick in after a certain point?
status effect LOWERS the fire sitcky tick damage but increases the burn duration. so its half bugged QQ
as to why.. well same reason they havent fixed all the bugs, who knows lol.
Just to clarify so I can make sure I've got this right... You're saying the Perpetuation Talent is only half working - increasing burn duration from the Fire Sticky Bomb skill but not the damage?
Hey it seems to be attributed to lag when in a group. I have been experiencing another strange thing in the last few days and it’s the turret again this time it’s the assault one. It will just randomly refuse to fire and nothing will fix it. I had to change skills completely and finish what I was doing while trying not to get killed in a lvl 4 control point the last time it happened. Fast traveling seemed to make it work again.
Is this second issue with the Assault turret happening while solo or only in a group again? Also are you running any noteworthy gear set (mainly Hard Wired) where gear might be impacted?
We're aware of the issue - and will work towards fixing it for the future... But we're not rushing towards a patch for this right now.
We're actively looking into ongoing troubles with the Targeted Loot Map resetting early, multiple times per day, and otherwise misbehaving in annoying ways.
It is intended to only change once per day.
Do you happen to recall what activity/action you completed or were doing right before you noticed it had changed?
It happens on both bumpers but sometimes moving skills around fixes it for a short time.

Yeah I know about the lock but it is freezing I have to destroy it most times. I then can get it going sometimes by switching my skills to the different buttons. It must be the bug but it seems to have gotten worse in the last few days.
Hey Omitted-Wolf, is there any chance you have a video or clip of this occurring (in or outside of combat)? Also, does this happen regardless of which bumper/slot the skill is equipped to?
I know it's over a week old at this point, but is there any chance you could share the build that this was occurring with as well as the enemies that were causing the status effects on you?

When WONY hit and we all went to New York, the daily Hard, daily Challenging, and daily material projects ceased to exist.
This can be seen when players make new characters and do not go to NY. Something about going to NY removes those projects forever, but remaining in DC allows them to continue.
I believe the rationale behind removing those was to reduce overall objective clutter, streamlining the available projects into a resetting daily and weekly rather than the mess of a half-dozen different objectives with largely lackluster rewards.
As for how it ended up messing with Blueprint farming... that I've got less insight on. It's definitely a frustration I can pass along though.
I notice that when you start WONY, many of the former daily bounties are gone including the daily BP material bounty and the daily hard and challenging mission bounties. The mission bounties rewarded you with specialization points.
Has there been any insight into why these were removed and if they’re coming back?
The daily mission felt like a good way to reward players playing together and the daily BP was good because it was a solid use of resources once you hit cap. There’s like 225 BPs. Otherwise that’s a LOT of control points.
Are you referring to some of the different Projects that were removed with the introduction of TU8 or am I misunderstanding?
