I've run in to this issue a few times now on multiple days. Running Camp White Oak and get to the USMC Support Base. After killing the enemies that start there no additional enemies spawn. The heavy boss never comes out the door, no enemies are on the radar, and can't open the gate to move on.
In all seriousness, that shouldn't happen so thanks for letting us know and videos of the issues you can capture would be helpful
