Short and Simple. This game is not ready for raids to be implemented.

Seriously Massive.... You went from telling us that game health was taking importance this time around with that being the cause of the WT5 delay to royally ****ing over balancing on all fronts.

To Name just a few of the issues still present in the "Big WT5 Update"
- Skill Builds are still not anywhere near viable
- Enemy Scaling is still a HUGE issue with 3+ players on Challenging and Heroic
- You Nerfed a bunch of our stats WITHOUT addressing the aforementioned issue and that makes it even worse. Not to mention you told us you weren't touching PvP balancing until WT5 because you wanted to see how everything would settle in but you wanted to **** with the stats anyway for the PvE side of things...
- Specialization ammo drops are practically none at all. I am lucky if I get even one in a mission.
- The Scarcity system you implemented for WT5 where we don't get GS 500 drops for High ends is a dumb mechanic that does nothing but increase the amount of trash items in the world and dilutes the pool of viable gear even more than it was before.
- Chicken dancing in PvP is still a thing
- WT4 Builds are outclassing the ones at WT5 because of your changes to capped attributes
- The Risk/Reward Balance for missions done on harder difficulties is nowhere near enticing enough
- The amount of level/gear selling in the general chat is repulsive and despite the outcry of the community in game and on the forums to please region lock general chat you have been silent and refuse to say anything on the matter.
- There are still numerous Audio Bugs in the game including one that I myself brought up where alt tabbing shifts the audio balancing in game (and sometimes even on my computer) that only a full computer restart fixes.

But instead of addressing these you want to pump out more content and hope to appeal to the masses with quantity. As of right now this game is nowhere near ready for raiding in the slightest. If for no other reason than the current balancing of enemies in a group of more than 2 people. I will keep looking at patch notes but right now I just don't feel excited to play the game.

EDIT: Since some of the other criticisms on this forum are talking about how to fix it let me give some Feedback on to that as well.
- Make LMG Suppression push enemies back into cover instead of keeping them from firing out of cover. That would alleviate a lot of the rushing issues because LMGs would have more crowd control.
- Change Shotgun Specialty from %melee damage and change it to %Armor damage. Melee is a meme in this game and it is even laughable that you STILL THINK it is viable for players after "what you learned" from Division 1. Also Enemies being able to blitz us and melee us in the face to instant down us is yet another thing you promised would be fixed in Div 2 yet is still happens quite often. At most melee should be more of a interrupt rather than a hard hitting attack. As a side note, It would also synergize well with the Survivalist build as you could shotgun for armor shred and then swap to AR for the health damage.

EDIT 2:
As someone has now pointed out in the comments that I left no solution I have decided to update the post with changes for the issues I brought up and supposedly need to explain what I think should change

Skill builds not Viable:
- Make more skills useful aside from healing and the off chance you get put in a situation they don't just run around the arc of your flame turret.
- Give pulse back the buffs from Div1 or at least something that makes it more useful than it currently is unless you are running the talent. Me seeing the enemy doesn't do anything for me at all...Like maybe have IT boost headshot damage. Same goes for the recon drone.
- Reviver hive should just auto target any downed ally in the sphere. I shouldn't have to designate them especially when the thing is still bugged and not properly picking up allies. Also when you hit the button to designate it doesn't always go off immediately and subsequent presses for a designation ends up shooting multiple charges into the same person.
- Firefly atm is only good for opening an encounter because of how many targets you have to designate/ the skill power you need for it to be effective.
- Oxodixer doesn't get to do the job as it forces enemies out of cover and the AoE (which is kind of the opposite of what you want currently in game which is to keep enemies in cover and not pushing you)
- Sniper turrets were improved but I still see some accuracy issues with it in tests done on the firing range where it would not properly land a headshot on any of the targets I tested it on.

Enemy Scaling:
- How about just balance it to where it feels as difficult for a 4 man squad as it does for a duo or solo group? Not super armored enemies everywhere that take entire LMG mags to take down their armor? Kinda like the stuff you talked about having heard from us in feedback from the first game.... Bullet Sponge =/= Difficulty.

Nerfed Stats:
- How about just not touching it until you feel like your own AI is in a comfortable spot so that way we don't feel even more underpowered against the AI that you have already admitted was broken and not functioning correctly yet decided to hold off on fixing? Like I said originally. You waited on PvP balance because of wanting to wait for stats from WT5 so why couldn't you wait on PvE balancing for the same reasons if not MORE reasons.

WT4 Builds outclassing WT5:
- Simple. With the changes to stats you can get now + stats you can get from recalibration, Any build that was optomized before the update is outperforming the new gear we are getting. There isn't any solution clarification needed to this. Just stating the fact.

Risk/Reward:
- Challenging, Heroic, and Occupied DZ should be dropping 490 on purples and 500 on High End. Period. Rewards us for taking on the challenge, don't just make it 1 more piece of gear than we were gonna get already from the boss because I could argue that running the mission on hard is more rewarding given the speed at which it can be done vs Challenging at the moment.

Service Selling in Game:
- Lemme see.... what was everyone suggesting...OH YEAH. Region Locked Chat....or at least the option to filter out specific regions.

Audio bugs:
- Hmmm.... How about fixing them? no other game that I have played has behaved like this. If I alt tab it will sometimes move a portion of the audio (footsteps, voice lines, gunshots) all into one ear and it even has sometimes messed with the sound balancing on my computer as well. The Only solution I have for it is to restart my computer but that shouldn't be a permanent solution.

To add to the list now though as more time has passed.
- Prevent Faction chest timers from resetting because I am in group with a person who opens it when I am on my 24 hour cooldown. Which makes my cooldown even longer than 24 Hours.
- Some of my clan members are still commenting on being unable to upgrade their workbench to WT 5
- Pestilence isn't viable at all. Would recommend possibly stacking infection damage with consecutive hits (which is enough of a pain as is with an LMG) Or increasing the timer the debuff is on targets for the AoE explosion so as to swap weapons to kill them.
- A button on the firing range or some interactable in order to refresh skill cooldowns for testing would be amazing.

A few responses:
  1. The specialization ammo issue is a bug that's being looked into.
  2. re: scaling and difficulty: These are much-discussed topics in the community right now, and we're making sure to gather thread on that topic for the team.
  3. I'll forward the feedback on global chat spam.
  4. We're certainly seeing all the feedback on Skill Power & mods and making sure to send it to the dev team.
  5. The team is talking about what makes sense for loot when players are at GS500, and we're letting them know the community's various thoughts on the subject. Receiving GS 500 items should feel rewarding. Loot also exists for recalibration and deconstruction, not exclusively as a direct means to get more powerful.
  6. I don't want this to sound dismissive, but I haven't seen much about chicken dancing in TD2 PvP. Particularly in comparison to TD1. Please feel free to point me in the direction of any information that indicates it's becoming a problem, because I don't think it's what we want.

Also I want to mention that State of the Game is tomorrow, which will have more info for you all.
