[2023] Unable to find Campus comms

I’ve been looking for the last comm under campus for years. Every you tube states the comm is located close to the DZ East outside on top of a fire escape ladder. I’ve looked for years with new characters, new account, different session owners but the comm has never showed up in this location. While it’s just a comm it is the last piece so I may gain the xp.
