Or at least some of them: I was anxious to see an Electronics drop marked as red, meaning I was at the max Electronics capacity and not able to pick it up, but when I got close the the "loot stack" including the trophy the Electronics were picked up as normal as I was nowhere close to the new 9.999 max capacity.
This continued throughout the mission playthrough; drops netting both Electronics and a Memento trophy (couldn't discern if different drops close to each other getting stacked up had an effect on this issue) would make the Electronics material red, though I remember seeing at least one other Specialized material displayed blue as normal.
