Hello all,
I have a XBOX S and my X button (cant revive or Fast Travel) or my Y button on my controller DOES NOT work.
I have tried 2 different controllers one purchased Jan 30th
I have tried to connect wired ...same result
The controller works on every other game.
My Internet speed is 50mbps no other devices connected
Tried to connect XBOX to LAN
nothing worked...
I also have no sound...Headphones work fine ( Netflix, Madden, Battlefield tested)
Please help

If not, there are some troubleshooting steps we can try that should help. To start with, please go through our basic troubleshooting guide.
