[2020] Can't purchase premium credits?

Haven't been able to purchase premium credits for the season pass in over a week. Say's "store is empty" What's the dealio?

If anyone has issues after enabling the overlay and you use MSI Afterburner -
• Make sure your version of RivaTuner Statistic Server is up to date.
• In the RivaTuner Statistic Server settings, set Custom Direct3D Support to enabled for Ubisoft Connect enabled games.
