Been having real bad FPS drop. Only when I get put on status effect? Like Riot Foam, Poison. Nothing else really. Don;t see the fps drop when on fire or anywhere else. Game runs flawless. Just those two. I will go from 180 FPS to 30? Anyone know whats going on?

I usually let Nvidia Geforce Optimize game then change all settings that are on high or ultra to MEDIUM. I do this because i prefer frame rate over graphics. The game still looks amazing on medium.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be nice as I may not have tried something?
