not sure why, but I am not able to begin the DARPA mission - I've read others mention the same thing - this appears to be one of many issues with my account.
the DARPA labs mission is never available, even after finishing the pentagon breach and pentagon mission on story (15+ times) Normal (5x) Hard (15+ times)
I always end up with the voice telling me "head to the exit and I'll guide you to the darpa labs' ... I exit the mission the proper way, not fast traveling back to DC or the pentagon library.
I've done this solo so many times I can't even count. I can run the mission (DARPA) if i'm grouped and someone else initiates it - but I never get credit for it on projects.
I've even gone so far as to create another toon and went thru the WONY up to 30, did all the missions and side missions there, then back to DC into story mode on the new toon, to the pentagon breach mission and wouldn't ya know, it showed me the cutscene after blowing the drone, *crossed my fingers* exiting the mission, via the elevator, I end up back at the same spot, only "pentagon' mission verbiage, and still no DARPA.
that's not the only bug i've noticed - I also have a pending mission to listen to the computer IN DC, for the manhunt, even though I've completed the manhunt. the 'new mission' mark on my map will not go away, it's like a permanent light blue mark where a mission should be - traveling downstairs in the white house does nothing, no computer audio to listen too...no npc to interract with and no way to reset or delete the mission, not sure what to do, I thought if I restarted manhunt it would go away, but I've gone thru manhunt 2x now.
another issue I have is in the tombs, never can seem to exit - once I take out the main and secure the area .. I just hang out next to the exit gate until I get tired of it and fast travel back to haven.
not sure if this matters, but I'm playing on PC, and even though it locks up oh so frequently, "not responding" I still enjoy the game - lately though, grinding and hitting these bugs is leaving a pretty sour taste in my mouth, and making me wonder if it's worth the headache.
