[2020] Skill damage reduced or bug (Assault Turret & Striker Drone)

Hello!

Before TU 11.1 i was getting skill dmg constantly 116k (Assault Turret), after implantation of TU 11.1 turret and drone dmg reduced by 50%. Is this a bug or skill damage reduced in TU 11.1?
