this is essentially a multiplayer game. And nothing is more frustrating than a stranger joining your group at inappropriate time that does not communicate. And sometimes spoiling your effort (specific mission goals).
If at least that player said something in chat I could guess or recognize his language. And use a Google Translator.
And I am not from UK and English is my second language.
I used to play WoW. It had (maybe still has) a lot of EU servers with many server languages...
