[2022] Can no longer join/be joined or invite others?

Was helping a mate get an alternate character through the WONY expansion. Both of us on PS5. I Joined on him with my main, but now I can't join or party up with anyone else with my character?

Hasn't affected his characters at all, but now I can't party up with anyone at all. I've reset my social settings etc, but to no avail.

Anyone know of a fix?
