[2019] Gear score stuck at 476

Hello,before the new patch came out my gear score was 501.Now its stuck at 476.Everything i have on in my load out is 498 mostly 500.I have checked every piece 3 times,even using crappy 500 just to make it change.No luck.So i cant do the raid.This was and still is a 500 level character,but nothing changes.Also i am still picking up 490 and 500 level gear as i play.Spent aton of hours getting to this point,Nothing i do changes the gea score at all.Thanks for any help.BTW like said before the patch i was 501.Only recal one piece from a 490 to 501.
