[2020] How to matchmake in Summit?

Are you still experiencing this? If so could you try restarting the game and try again and if the issue persists could you please provide a video.

it lacks polish!
if this was an aeroplane it would have dived into the ground 100 times over because someone forgot to do up a screw.
The fact that the cutscene bug has been known for weeks and not fixed prior to deploying is frustrating and shows not much has been learned since Divison 1.
It is poor execution
