Hey Omoxionuk, please try verifying your game files and make sure Uplay is up to date. If the problem persists, submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support and include as many details as you can about the location, frequency, and duration of the connection issues you're having. Especially if they end up leading to consistent crashes. They will do their best to help you find a solution.
