My cpu spikes from 15% to 99% by simply moving around or in combat. In general i have high cpu usage on my i7 7700k (Ati rx 5700 xt).
No fps drops, lagg or stutter. The game in random occasions crashes, propably from using high cpu although temperatures are around 48 celcious
