I see in the Division 2 Known Issues page under reported there is mention of latency issues in the Summit and Countdown. If this is referring to lag, then these issue are widespread throughout the game.

The team's investigation is covering all general instances of lag across the game so rest assured it's not only the Summit and Countdown being looked into.
