[2021] Game dropping to 1 FPS when entering a building

Hi support,

After playing this game for several weeks without any major problems i now run into the following:
The game drops to 1 FPS (and stays there) whenever i enter any building, in both normal world and the darkzone.
The GPU frequency drops to zero. As soon i exit, the framerate jumps back to normal (100 - 140 and i can freely run around.

I did the following:
-Tested over 9 different games (including the Division 1) with no problems.
-Tested with latest AMD driver and previous version
-Verified the installfiles using Ubisoft connect
-Reinstalled the game
-Deleted all the user settings from documents folder

Windows 10 is up to date and hasnt had an update today. Nothing seems to work.
This is quite frustrating because this is the only game play lately.

Specs:
-Core i7 9700K
-RX 6700XT 12GB DDR6
-32Gb DDR4 3200mhz
