Hi there, @shakey19811 and @hyper-sniper! I am sorry to hear that you are having long load times since the new update to Ubisoft Connect. I also appreciate you sharing that you have already verified your game files and your system information. To start, I recommend running Ubisoft Connect as an administrator and give this general troubleshooting guide a try to test if that makes a difference.

If it does not, please let me know if you have Ubisoft Connect installed on the same drive as the Division 2. Also, if it is, how much space you have on your current drive. Lastly, is Ubisoft Connect installed on an internal drive or an external drive? Please let me know, thank you!
