[2020] Weapon stats got rolled back to lower values since yesterday maintenance

I had lots of god rolled guns in my stash with 15% weapon dmg, since yesterday maintenance lots of them got lower values.

Few examples:
m1a #1 -> from 15% to 14.9
m1a #2 -> from 15% to 14.1
m1a #3 -> from 15% to 13.4
black market ak -> from 15% to 14.8
p417 -> from 15% to 14.1
and list goes on. More than 20 of my guns got lower values.
