[2022] Signed NDA for The Division Resurgence to play in Closed Alpha but device is apparently incompatible

I had previously signed up for The Division Resurgence Closed Alpha, I signed the NDA and was given the code to download the game ahead of the Technical Test. When I opened it up on the app store I was greeted with 'This game is not compatible with your device'. Now I am running android 11 on a Motorola Edge 20 Lite and believe that I shouldn't have any issues with running the game.

I would appreciate if a member of the Development Team could message me privately about this matter due to the NDA.
