[2020] Walking on the sky?

Hi! Since the latest update the ground looks very glassy and might even look like it's supposed to be the sky. Each time I log in now it looks like this. Also, I've experienced a glitch where I use the drone skill but it hovers closely to the ground. It would shoot but it would never move. Lastly I've had enemies spawn pretty much out of thin air right in front of my agent as I roam through the map. I have a screenshot that shows the glassy looking ground & the drone acting strange.
