So I go into the ODZ and about to attack a landmark and see a guy standing behind me. I decide to fight him instead and were trading and he eventually kills me. No problem fair play to him but something told me to inspect his gear.
He had 12 reds
11 blues
And 6 yellows
But his gear didnt have the attributes nor mods for those stats to be possible.
Can we as a community have some clarity on whats going on with players like this and the max stat mix possible. The highest mix I can do is 19 on a build (8 red 11 blue).
