[2020] [Bug/Glitch] PCCP Rogue encounters don't complete after killing them (since TU11.1)

Issue: After completing a solo CP4 and getting rogues, after killing them, there's no message saying 'Rogue agents eliminated' like it did before. No screen UI or anything. I'm also unable to access the CP Supply Room until I fast travel to a safe house, then back. It looks like no XP is given for the Rogues or the CP.

This has happened on each Rogue encounter I've had since TU11.1. The three that affected me are Red Dragon, Haunted House, and Solar Farm.
