Hi, ok i understand Massive, put the hands on the game engine, moreover of an old 2019's game, is always a problem, BUT .. i think that today, this game that have already a very good game engine and continues to have new contents, needs to support Upscaling technologies in order to play at high frame rates at higher resolution with these beautiful game's monitors that many of us have, and also can be useful to fix the embarrassing TAA Antialiasing that is the "Achilles' heel" of this game in my opinion ( and you cannot fully disable it, for example to force only MSAA or others).
Add a support of Upscaling technologies Nvidia's DLSS and Amd's FSR to Snowdrop engine of TD2, should needs (other Devs said) a little programming time, but the advantage for players should be interesting, also could resolve a historic ( since 2016 of TD1!) memory leak problem about the crash of TD2 under DX12.
Think about it Devs, Upscaling technologies in my opinion is one of the most interesting and useful features in this years.
