[2023] Season 11 bug. Camp white oak and darpa research labs.

I'm unable to launch camp white oak in hard mode or any level other than story. Therefore I can not complete the chunks league. Also the darpa mission is now missing from map. I went to the pentagon to do it, and it said I haven't completed the pentagon mission which I have several times.... and now the darpa mission is just completely missing from my map. Someone please explain this to me or fix the issue? I just purchased the season 11 pass and now this.... kind of irritating really. Ubisoft help me out here?!
