after entering the police station in new York and not being able to run, take cover or not seeing any enemy's and when I went to respawn I got stuck in a loading screen at 64% any help would be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you are stuck on a loading screen. Are you able to try starting a new character to see if this loads, then go back to your original one after seeing if this worked?
Also, do you have the game installed on the main PS5 HDD or did you install a 2nd HDD or plug in an external one?
