Type of Bug: Skill Bug and movement bug.
Description: Certain skills become bugged and unusable, I've had this happen with the Seeker Mine, also happened with a different skill, but I can't remember which, it was earlier in the day.
You can also hear the Seeker Mine audio, but it is nowhere to be seen, and you can't hold your skill key to destroy it either.
This also seems to prohibit you from vaulting over any terrain as well.

Steps to reproduce: I've noticed if the skill hits a ledge, or area of the map, it completely disappears.
Expected result: Seeker Mine is supposed to work? (Not sure what you want here.)
Observed result: Seeker Mine does not work (Not sure what you want here.)
Reproduction rate: Twice in one day, the only way to fix it was to log out and log back in
